initial step
Download the Ollama app for whatever system you have. I downloaded the windows version here.
Download and install it directly, don't have Chinese path when installing.
second step
Go back to the Ollama website, select "Models" and choose "deepseek-r1".
Then choose the model size, based on your video memory size, mine is 8G, so I'll go with 14b.
Then copy the commands on the right, go to the CMD command line and execute them, and wait about a half hour for the installation to complete.
